Welcome to the City of Dania Beach's Dania After Dark – Taste of Dania Beach event. This vibrant community gathering features live music, a variety of food trucks, and exclusive access to local food vendors with the purchase of a wristband. Loading-In

The event is located in front of Dania Beach City Hall, on SW 1st Ave between W Dania Beach Blvd and SW 1st St. All vendors except Food Vendors have until 5:00 PM to set up. Food Vendors must be ready for inspection by 4:30 PM.

Vendors must supply all equipment needed, including tents, lights, chairs, and electrical supplies.

(Tables WILL be supplied to everyone)

IMPORTANT: Event breakdown begins only at 9:00 PM. Early breakdown is prohibited and will result in exclusion from future events.
Vendor Check-In

Upon arriving on-site, please locate Frank B or a City Staff member under the City of Dania Beach branded tent at the North entrance of SW 1st Ave. You will then be directed to your booth location for setup.

To access the garage, enter SW 3rd Ave from Sterling Road and drive through the second-floor garage to the east entrance. The north entrance on SW 1st Ave will be available for Food Vendors.

Parking

Complimentary, first-come, first-served parking is available at the Dania Beach City Hall Parking Garage (2nd floor). Space is limited and will fill up quickly.

What We Provide

Available at Your Space

  • Tables (provided by the City)
  • Ice (as applicable / per vendor coordination)
  • Cups for sampling (Small Sampling cups will be handed to beverge brands)
  • Power onsite (bring an extension cord if you need power)
Food Vendors

Food Vendor Load-In Requirements + Fire Rescue

Food vendors must comply with the Fire Rescue requirements below. Please share these requirements with all staff working your booth.

Fire Rescue Requirements

  • Vendors using any warming/heating devices must have a fire extinguisher on-site.
  • Vendors using fryers are required to have a Class K fire extinguisher within their cooking area.
Please ensure all requirements are met prior to arrival to avoid delays during inspection or setup.

Vendor-Provided Items

The City will not provide the items listed below. Vendors are responsible for bringing all required equipment:

  • Tent
  • Tent weights (required)
  • Tent lights
  • Table linens / table cloth
  • Warming devices (if applicable)
  • Utensils
  • Napkins
  • Minimum of 750 samples
  • Extension cords (if power is needed)
  • All serving & sampling equipment needed for the event

Load-In Reminder

Food Vendors Set-up: 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM. Food Inspection: 4:30 PM. All vehicles must be off the road by 5:00 PM.
